Data guides
Acumatica: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Acumatica
- Sign in to Acumatica as an administrator
- Search for the Space Usage form (SM203525)
- Click Calculate Used Space to refresh the figures
- Note the total used space and the space used by each tenant on the Tenants tab
Record used space for your live tenant; snapshots also take space, and the figure can differ from the physical SQL file size.

How to get a copy of your Acumatica data
- Open the form or inquiry that has the data
- Apply filters to show the rows you need
- Click Export to Excel on the table toolbar
- Save the downloaded Excel file
Users can export any data table to Excel by clicking Export to Excel on the table toolbar of a form or inquiry. For larger or repeat exports, an administrator can set up generic inquiries or export scenarios.
Export to Excel only includes what the table currently shows, so clear or set your filters first.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
