How to see how much data is in Adobe Analytics

  1. Sign in to Adobe Analytics as an administrator
  2. Go to Admin → Server Call Usage → Current Usage
  3. Note server calls used in the current period
  4. Open Report Suite Usage to see calls per report suite and download history back to 2015

Record server calls (hits) per report suite, which is Adobe's measure of data volume; there is no storage figure.

How to get a copy of your Adobe Analytics data

  1. Sign in to Analysis Workspace
  2. Open the project
  3. Select Project → Download CSV
  4. Save the file
  5. For raw data, have an admin set up a feed under Admin → Data feeds

Workspace users can choose Project → Download CSV. Admins can set up raw hit-level Data Feeds under Admin → Data feeds, which are delivered to cloud storage.

Workspace downloads are summary tables, not raw data. Data Feed files are large and usually need technical help to use.

Adobe Analytics’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
