How to see how much data is in Adobe Commerce

  1. Sign in to the Adobe Commerce Cloud Console
  2. Open your project from the All projects dashboard
  3. Note the disk space shown for the project
  4. For details, ask your developer to run magento-cloud db:size and magento-cloud mount:size

Record database size and media storage; for self-hosted Magento, ask your host for database and disk usage instead.

How to get a copy of your Adobe Commerce data

  1. Sign in to the Admin
  2. Go to System → Data Transfer → Export
  3. Choose the Entity Type
  4. Keep CSV as the format and set any filters
  5. Click Continue and collect the file when the job finishes

Admins can go to System → Data Transfer → Export, choose an entity type (products, customers, addresses, advanced pricing, stock sources), and export to CSV. The file is built in the background.

The built-in export doesn't cover orders, and it needs cron jobs running; orders usually come from sales reports, grids or an extension.

Adobe Commerce’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
