How to get a copy of your Aircall data
- Sign in to the Aircall Dashboard as an Admin or Supervisor
- Open Call History
- Set the date range (up to 6 months per export), timezone and filters
- Click Export in the top-right corner
- Save the CSV file
Admins and Supervisors can open Call History in the Aircall Dashboard, set the date range and filters, and click Export to download a CSV with one row per call.
History is limited by plan (6 months on Essentials, 12 on Professional), each export covers at most 6 months, and recordings are not in the CSV. They are downloaded call by call.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
