Airtable: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Airtable
- Sign in to Airtable as a workspace owner
- Open Workspace settings for the workspace that holds your bases
- Click Usage
- Note the records and attachment storage for each base
Record the record count and attachment storage per base; limits are per base, so add the bases up for a total.
Airtable’s official instructions
How to get a copy of your Airtable data
- Open the base
- Remove any filters from the view
- Click the arrow next to the view's name
- Click Download CSV
- Repeat for every table
Open the base, click the arrow next to a view's name and choose Download CSV. This exports one table at a time.
There is no whole-base export, filters in the view can leave out records, and Enterprise admins can turn off CSV downloads.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
