How to see how much data is in Amazon Seller Central

  1. Sign in to Seller Central as the account owner or a user with inventory and reports access
  2. Open Inventory → Manage All Inventory and note the number of listings (active and inactive)
  3. Open Inventory → Inventory Reports, request the All Listings Report for an exact listing count
  4. Note how many years of orders the account has under Reports → Fulfillment or Order reports

Record listing count and years of order history; there is no storage figure, and Manage All Inventory can undercount, so trust the All Listings Report row count.

How to get a copy of your Amazon Seller Central data

  1. Sign in to Seller Central as the account owner
  2. Open the Reports menu
  3. Choose the order or payments report
  4. Request the date range you need
  5. Download the file when it's ready

Seller Central has downloadable order reports and payments date-range transaction reports. The account owner or a user with report permissions can request them for a date range and download them as text or CSV files.

Reports are generated by request and can take time, each covers a limited date range, and older orders may only be in archived reports.

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
