How to see how much data is in Apollo

  1. Sign in to Apollo
  2. Click People → Saved with no filters applied
  3. Note the saved count shown
  4. Repeat under Companies → Saved for accounts

Record only saved contacts and accounts, which are your data; Total and Net new include Apollo's database and are not yours.

How to get a copy of your Apollo data

  1. Click Search → People
  2. Filter for saved contacts (or use a list)
  3. Select the contacts, using bulk selection for all
  4. Click Export, choose all or verified emails, then Export records
  5. Download the CSV from Settings → Import & Exports → CSV Exports

Go to Search → People, filter to your saved contacts, select them, and click Export. Track and download the CSV under Settings → Import & Exports → CSV Exports.

Exporting saved contacts uses no credits, but adding net-new people from search uses credits. Accounts and deals are exported separately.

Apollo’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
