How to see how much data is in Chorus

  1. Sign in to Chorus with admin access
  2. Open Recordings and select the All Recordings tab
  3. Open Analytics → Activity
  4. Note the number of calls and minutes for the period

Record the number of recorded calls and total minutes; Chorus is now part of ZoomInfo and shows no storage figure.

Chorus’s official instructions

How to get a copy of your Chorus data

  1. Find and open the call in Chorus
  2. Open the call's Recording Settings
  3. Choose to download the video, audio or transcript
  4. In the new tab, click the ellipses in the video bar and download the file

Admins, or users they allow, can open a call's Recording Settings and download its video, audio or transcript. Downloads are one call at a time.

There is no one-click bulk download in the app. Many recordings take repeated downloads or a developer using the Chorus API.

Chorus’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
