How to see how much data is in Cin7
- Sign in to Cin7 Core
- Open Reports → Products Stock Level Report
- Note how many active products (SKUs) are listed
- Also count customers and sale orders for a typical year
Record active product count, customer count and yearly order volume; this report only shows active products, so deprecated SKUs are not included.
How to get a copy of your Cin7 data
- Sign in to Cin7 Core
- Go to Inventory → Products
- Click Export and choose Inventory list
- Save the CSV
- For sales, select orders on the Sales list and use Bulk Actions → Export
In Cin7 Core, go to Inventory → Products and click Export to download product lists as CSV. Sales data exports from the Sales list's Bulk Actions. Cin7 Omni has its own export menus.
Numeric SKUs that start with 0 can break when opened in Excel, so keep them formatted as text.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
