How to see how much data is in HubSpot Service Hub
- Sign in to HubSpot as a Super Admin
- Go to Data Management → Data Model and open the Objects page
- Note the record counts for Tickets, Contacts and Companies
- Optionally check account name → Account & Billing → Usage & Limits for contact totals
HubSpot doesn't show GB used; record ticket and contact counts (emails and files attached to tickets are counted with the records).

How to get a copy of your HubSpot Service Hub data
- Sign in as a Super Admin
- Click the settings icon
- Go to Data management → Backup & Restore
- Click Create manual backup → Create backup
- Download the ZIP within 14 days
Super Admins can back up all CRM data, including tickets, from Settings → Data management → Backup & Restore → Create manual backup. The result is a ZIP of CSV files, one per object. Single views can also be exported from CRM → Tickets → Export.
Backups leave out associations and activity data, and the file must be downloaded within 14 days.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
