  2. Open the Dashboard

How to get a copy of your Keap data

  1. Go to Contacts, then People in the left navigation
  2. Check Select All at the top of the list
  3. Click Export at the bottom of the page
  4. For more than 1,000 contacts, enter an email address for the link
  5. Download the CSV (log in to Keap if asked)

Go to Contacts → People, select all contacts, and click Export at the bottom of the page. Up to 1,000 contacts download right away as CSV. Larger exports arrive as an email link.

Tags are not included in the contact export. This covers contacts only, so other data needs its own reports.

Keap’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
