How to see how much data is in Meta Business Suite
- Sign in to Meta Business Suite and pick the business
- Open Insights → Content
- Filter to posts for Facebook and Instagram and set the widest date range
- Note the number of posts, plus ads in Ads Manager if you keep them
Record post and ad counts per account; Meta shows no storage figure, and Instagram content insights only go back 90 days.

How to get a copy of your Meta Business Suite data
- Sign in and switch to the Page you manage (full control needed)
- Open the Page's Settings
- Choose Download your information
- Pick categories, format and date range, then click Request a download
- When notified, click Download Page and enter your password
People with full control of a Page can open the Page's Settings → Download your information, choose categories and a date range, and click Request a download. Ads and leads export separately from Ads Reporting and Leads Center.
The download link expires after 4 days, and lead form data is only kept on Meta for 90 days.
