Oracle ERP Cloud: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Oracle ERP Cloud
- Sign in to Oracle Cloud Console as a tenancy administrator
- Open your Fusion Applications environment details page
- Under Resources, open Subscriptions and select the subscription ID
- Under Resources, click Usage and note the Records – Usage figure
Oracle measures Fusion usage in records (per 1,000), not GB; for database size, ask your Oracle account team or implementation partner.
Oracle ERP Cloud’s official instructions
How to get a copy of your Oracle ERP Cloud data
- Have an administrator grant you BICC console access
- Sign in to the BICC console
- Select the offerings or data stores to extract
- Set the external storage (cloud storage or UCM)
- Schedule the extract to run once or on a schedule
- Download the files from that storage
Bulk exports from Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP use the Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC). An administrator with BICC access selects the offerings or data stores to extract, and the files are delivered to configured cloud storage or Universal Content Management (UCM). This is usually done by your IT team or implementation partner.
BICC needs separate access to be set up first, and files go to external storage rather than straight to your computer.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
