How to get a copy of your PandaDoc data

  1. Open your Documents list
  2. Select the documents, scrolling to select more than 30
  3. Click Download at the top right
  4. Download the ZIP from the email link within a week

Select documents (or a folder) in the Documents list and click Download. PandaDoc emails a link to a ZIP file of the documents.

Templates, attached files and files uploaded through Collect files are not in the ZIP, and the download link expires within a week.

PandaDoc’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
