Data guides
RingCentral: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in RingCentral
- Sign in to the Admin Portal
- Open Analytics & Logs → Call Log
- Set the widest date range you need
- Under Types of Call, choose Recorded Calls Only
- Note the number of calls listed (or download the CSV and count the rows)
There is no storage or recording-count page; count recorded calls in the Call Log (accounts on Call Recording have a 100,000-recording cap) and note the date range you covered.

How to get a copy of your RingCentral data
- Sign in to the Admin Portal
- Open Analytics & Logs → Call Log
- Set the date range and filters you need
- Click Download and tick Call Log and Recording Calls
- Click Download again to save the CSV and MP3 files
Admins can download the company call log from the Admin Portal → Analytics & Logs → Call Log → Download, choosing Call Log (CSV) and Recording Calls (MP3).
Only the current log view and date range is downloaded (the default is the last 7 days), so widen the date range before you click Download.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
