How to see how much data is in Salesloft

  1. Sign in to Salesloft
  2. Open the People page
  3. Clear filters so the view shows all people, not just yours
  4. Note the number of people in the list (or the row count of an export)

Salesloft shows no storage figure; record the number of people and accounts, and check Conversations separately if you record calls.

How to get a copy of your Salesloft data

  1. Open the People page
  2. Filter and sort to the people you want (e.g., all owners)
  3. Click Export in the top right
  4. Add or remove fields in the Your Export window and click Export
  5. Download the CSV from the emailed link

On the People page, filter the list, click Export (top right), choose fields, and click Export. Salesloft emails a link to a CSV.

You need the Export People permission. The export covers people records and fields, not the actual emails or call recordings.

Salesloft’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
