How to get a copy of your ShipStation data

  1. Sign in to ShipStation
  2. Open the Orders tab and filter or select orders
  3. Click Other Actions → Export Orders
  4. Choose all orders in view and the export format
  5. Download the CSV (use Shipments → Export Shipments for shipments)

On the Orders tab, choose Other Actions → Export Orders, or use Export Shipments on the Shipments tab, to get a CSV. For long date ranges, use the monthly Data Archive.

Exports include customer names and addresses, and the default export copies your current grid columns only.

ShipStation’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
