How to get a copy of your Sprout Social data

  1. Sign in to Sprout Social
  2. Open the report you need under Reports
  3. Set the date range and filters
  4. Click Share in the top right
  5. Choose CSV or PDF to download

Open a report, click Share in the top right, and choose CSV or PDF.

Each report exports separately and some are capped (for example, 1,000 rows), so a full history may take several exports.

Sprout Social’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
