How to see how much data is in Teamwork
- Sign in to Teamwork.com as an administrator
- Click your profile icon → Subscription
- On the Plan management tab, find your current plan's card
- Click the "% available" link next to Storage to open the usage report
- Note the total and the per-project storage (Export to PDF if useful)
Record total file storage used; files in archived projects still count, while files linked from Google Drive or SharePoint do not.

How to get a copy of your Teamwork data
- Click your profile avatar and select Settings
- Open the Export tab
- Choose a start date for the backup
- Click to create a new backup
- Download the ZIP when it is ready
From profile avatar → Settings → Export tab, you can create a backup of your whole site. It downloads as a ZIP holding a MySQL database file.
The backup is a raw MySQL copy that can't be opened in a spreadsheet without technical help. You can create one per day.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
