Tidio: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Tidio
- Sign in to Tidio as the account owner
- Go to Billing → Usage to see billable conversations over time
- Open Customers → All contacts and note the total contacts
- Note how many months of conversations the account holds
Tidio has no storage page; record contacts and conversation history (the usage chart counts only conversations your team replied to).
How to get a copy of your Tidio data
- Sign in to the Tidio panel
- Open Customers → All contacts
- Use Customize to show every property you want
- Select contacts and click Export
- Download the CSV from the link
On any plan, open Customers → All contacts, select contacts, click Export, and download the CSV from the link. Chat transcripts export one at a time from a conversation's three-dot menu → Export transcript to .CSV.
The contact export only includes the columns currently shown, and there's no bulk transcript download.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
