Data guides
Trello: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Trello
- Sign in to Trello as a Workspace admin
- Open the Workspace from the left sidebar → Boards
- Count the open and closed boards
- Open large boards and note card counts if you need more detail
Trello shows no storage figure; record the number of boards, and note attachment size only appears in a Premium export with attachments.

How to get a copy of your Trello data
- Sign in on Trello.com as a Workspace admin
- Find your Workspace on the left and select Settings
- Select Export
- Create a new export (tick Include raw attachments if needed)
- Download the export file
On Premium, Workspace admins can open the Workspace → Settings → Export and create a CSV or JSON export. You can also include raw attachments in a ZIP.
Workspace export requires Trello Premium. Board-level JSON exports keep only the 1,000 most recent actions, and Inbox cards cannot be exported.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
