How to see how much data is in Verizon Connect

  1. Sign in to Reveal as an admin
  2. Choose Account Profile → Admin
  3. In the Vehicles section, choose Vehicle List and count your vehicles
  4. Ask Customer Support what your Data Plan period is (default 120 days, Reveal Pro 1 year)

Record vehicle count and your Data Plan period; you can only run reports within that period, but history up to 5 years may be available from support for a fee.

Verizon Connect’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
