Data guides
WooCommerce: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in WooCommerce
- Sign in to WordPress as an administrator
- Go to WooCommerce → Status → System Status
- Scroll to the Database section
- Note the total database size and the largest tables
Record the total database size; product images and uploads sit in the WordPress media folder, so ask your host for disk usage too.

How to get a copy of your WooCommerce data
- Sign in to WordPress as an admin
- Go to Analytics → Orders
- Set the date range
- Click Download at the top of the table
- Open the emailed link for large reports
Store admins can open any WooCommerce Analytics report (such as Orders) and click Download for a CSV. Large reports are emailed as a download link. Full order-level exports need an extension such as Customer / Order / Coupon Export.
Analytics exports are summary-level and don't include complete order details, and emailed links expire after one week.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
