How to see how much data is in Wrike

  1. Sign in to Wrike as the account owner
  2. Click your profile image → Account management
  3. Open the Subscription tab
  4. Note the storage used / remaining figure

Only the account owner can see storage, and Wrike doesn't break it down by project; files linked from Google Drive, Box, OneDrive or Dropbox are not counted.

How to get a copy of your Wrike data

  1. Sign in as an account admin
  2. Click your profile image → Settings
  3. Click Settings in the sidebar
  4. Scroll to Quick account backup and click Create backup
  5. Download the backup from the email within 7 days

Account admins on paid plans can go to profile image → Settings → Settings → Quick account backup → Create backup. Wrike emails a ZIP of JSON files.

Quick backups don't include attachments, and backup links last only 7 days. Full backups with files need Wrike's command-line backup tool.

Wrike’s official export instructions

These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
