Zoom: see how much data you have, then export it.
Pick a system to see two things: how to check how much data is in it, and how to export a copy. No form, no sign-in.

How to see how much data is in Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as the account owner or an admin
- Go to Account Management → Reports
- Click Cloud Recording
- Set From and To dates (up to 30 days) and click Search
- Read the latest daily Account Usage figure; available storage is shown at the top
Record the account's cloud recording storage used, not the plan allowance; click a usage number to see it broken down by host, and remember recordings in the trash still count for 30 days.
How to get a copy of your Zoom data
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an account admin
- Click Account Management → Recording and Transcript Management
- Open the Recordings tab and search, or use Advanced Search to filter by date or host
- Click a recording's thumbnail, click Download, then confirm Download
- Repeat for each recording you need
Cloud recordings and transcripts can be downloaded from the Zoom web portal (Recordings), or by an administrator for the account.
Cloud recordings are deleted after the retention period set on the account. Local recordings live on individual computers.
These instructions are written by DataFrenzy from each vendor’s public help pages. Menu names can vary by plan and change over time; the official link on each guide is the final word. Screenshots come from each vendor’s own help pages and videos or, where noted, from third-party tutorials credited under the image; dashed outlines are illustrations, not screenshots. Looking up a size or preparing an export never sends anything to DataFrenzy.
