These terms govern your use of datafrenzy.ai and its related pages and forms (the “Site”), operated by UNIDENTIFIED STARTUP LLC, doing business as DataFrenzy (“DataFrenzy,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
What the Site is
DataFrenzy is a brokerage that helps businesses explore licensing their operational data to qualified buyers. The Site provides general information, a preliminary estimator, a data inventory, and data guides. Nothing on the Site is an offer to buy or license data. Any engagement with DataFrenzy is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Estimates are not promises
Valuations, estimates, and ranges shown on the Site are preliminary and illustrative. They are based on limited information, are not appraisals, and are not a promise or guarantee of any offer, price, payout, buyer, or transaction. Actual outcomes depend on buyer demand, your rights to the data, its quality and contents, and the terms of any agreement.
Your submissions
- You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your company.
- Do not submit customer records, personal data about your customers, passwords, or other confidential files through the Site’s forms.
- Submitting information does not commit you to share data or enter any transaction.
Data guides and third-party products
Our data guides summarize publicly available instructions for third-party software. Product names, logos, and screenshots belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Menus and features change; each vendor’s official documentation controls. Follow your own company’s policies before exporting any data.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site: for example, do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or malicious content, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, design, and software are owned by DataFrenzy or its licensors. You may view and use the Site for your own business purposes; you may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without our permission.

The Site links to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataFrenzy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
